Paris's Summer Sales

Paris's summer sales happen twice yearly... once in winter, the other during the summer. It's almost on the same level as Black Friday-- just Paris sales last for about a month. While the discounts are high, the mayhem inside the city's boutiques and few department stores is enough to me put well off of shopping!
